Refunds

We are so sorry to hear! If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect on your order, you can request a refund within 7 days. It's our goal to deliver the right items on time, and make your life easier. If there is an issue with an item, please tell us via customersuccess@pricewhirl.com

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.
You can also request to have refunds converted to PriceWhirl Credits, and applied to your Account.
You won't see refunds in your account.



Returns

The return will be subject to the store’s return policies, which vary by retailer. Some items may not be returned based on health and hygiene considerations.



Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees before a shopper begins shopping.
If you cancel an order during the shopping or delivery process, you may be charged a cancellation fee up to $15. To cancel after shopping has begun, reach out to Customer Success by emailing us at customersuccess@pricewhirl.com
